Well, technically Raesha isn't a neighbor, but she is one of my great friends!
Last Christmas she made me this fabulous pendant using a memory frame she bought at one of our local stamp/art stores. This is a great alternative for those of us that don't solder. You simply slide the slides and art into the frame and close it! I love making gifts for my friends and family and love it even more when I get something made for me. Artist friends rule!
And I finaly got to use some of my lovely beads that I had been saving for a special fiber necklace! (I've had the bee bead for almost 15 years!)
Raesha has joined at least one of the groups at this little shop and really widened her circle of artsy "neighbors." A fabulous idea if you're looking for some kindred spirits!
